HAVE YOU GIVEN THE LORD YOUR HEART? 

As we start a new year, God wants to show us that He can make all things new when we let Him do something new in us! Change starts on the inside as we give the Lord more of our heart. He wants to show us things that we can only see as we trust Him with all of our heart. When we try to just lean on our own understanding, our faith cannot grow to the fullest. God wants us to trust Him more and let go so that we can grow! 

Are you ready to see all that the Lord has for you? Do you hope that you can grow more faith this year as you worry less and trust more? Let it go and trust the Lord to take it all from you and do something new in you. He has wonderful plans just for you that you have not seen yet. Open your heart and say yes to the perfect love of Jesus Christ that never fails. Pray that you will draw closer to Christ this year so that He can share His vision for you!  

Dear Lord,

I pray PSALM 139:23 to You today.

“SEARCH ME, O GOD, AND KNOW MY HEART! TRY ME AND KNOW MY THOUGHTS!” 

As You search me, You will know that I love you and want to grow even closer to Your love. As You try me, You will know that my thoughts are on You and how I can live to please You more. You will see that I want to let it go so that You can lead me. You always want the very best for me, so I will stop questioning and start trusting and obeying as I follow You with all of my heart! I love You with a devoted heart!
