Daily Prayer

DO YOU BELIEVE THAT GOD WILL STRENGTHEN YOU?

God hears our prayers. He will help the afflicted in body, mind and spirit. He heals our hearts when we come to Him and bring our requests to our loving God. We are not perfect and we certainly make mistakes, but God is sure to save us when we let go and surrender all to our loving God. He hears us immediately and strengthens us as we lay all of our burdens down at His feet. Lay it all down and receive His mercy and grace.

Are you struggling today with afflictions that weigh you down? Is your heart heavy with regret for opening your mouth to say words that hurt someone else? God has forgiven you and wants to help you rise up with Him. Confess your heart to Your loving God who is always full of grace. Then forgive others as God has forgiven you and you will be forgiven. Let the ones you hurt know that You are sorry. Be the person God wants you to be. He has a God-given purpose for You right now to build others up as we live in these uncertain times. He will surely help you rise up and certainly strengthen you as you pray!

Dear Lord,

Thank You for hearing the cry of my heart. You know my weakness and struggles and will incline Your ear to my prayers as I lift them up to You. I am sorry for letting the stress around me take over my actions. I will put Your armor on so that I can be protected at all times. I will supplement my faith with virtue, self-control, brotherly love, godliness, and steadfastness even in the hardest of times. Because I know You love me eternally, I will pray believing the promises in

PSALM 10:17,

“O LORD, YOU HEAR THE DESIRE OF THE AFFLICTED; YOU WILL STRENGTHEN THEIR HEART; YOU WILL INCLINE YOUR EAR.”

I am stronger and at peace as I lift up my prayers to You today!
