Pray this prayer:

Dear Heavenly Father,

I will have Your perfect peace as I keep my mind stayed on You. There are many blessings of peace when I focus on You. In Your presence, I know this peace will remain. Help calm me when my mind wanders to the problems and I let worry and stress in my life. In these times, I will let go and let You carry me. With You, I can conquer my problems and let Your peace rule in my heart. Thank You, Lord! I am free!
