Daily Prayer

There is peace in the waiting only when you dwell in the presence of the Lord. Keep close to Jesus so He can calm your anxious heart.

“Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord!”

Psalm 27:14

Dear Heavenly Father,

I will wait for You, Lord! As my heart takes courage, I know Your hand is upon me. I am praying for strength and healing as I patiently wait. You are always there for me, even when I do not understand why I must wait. Thank You for giving me peace as I let You direct my plans. It is so good to be close to You, my Lord. It is in the stillness of my soul with You where I feel at peace. As I dwell in Your presence, I am finally at rest and do not need to know why. Instead of questioning and doubting, I will trust You to show me Your perfect way and then I will walk Your path.
